Hey college coaches - if you need some "Market Pantry" - it's only an hour away.
I live in the Tupelo area. I will let the coaches wives from Ox-bridge and Starkvegas, AND the shopping frenzy die down before I go.
I’ve just been informed by my wife that we’re going there tonight. Let me know if y’all need any essentials.

What possesses people to go to any store or restaurant on opening week? Big crowds + inexperienced staff is a recipe for a miserable experience. Let os settle for a week or two. Then go.
I have 2 with 10 miles of my house (Flowood and N. Jxn), we never go to either, no idea what the big deal is.
Nearest one to Tupelo was 2 hours away. That being said I don’t get it either.
I have lived a charmed life for the past 10 or so years because it is too far for my wife to regularly go shopping at Target.
Sadly my run has ended because now she has same day walmart delivery and can impulse buy junk from the comfort of our home

Several media folks reported this late this afternoon, but it wasn't true. Soft opening this evening by invite only, and traffic stands still starting Sunday morning.
Now they can get their tuckable swimwear in Tupelo!
My wife, her mother, and Aunt all went yesterday. They had one way in and one way out. It took them 45 minutes to get out and there were two wrecks yesterday. Apparently Matt Laubhan's wife opened her mouth on the news and said Target wouldn't turn anyone away if they wanted to go ahead and come. I asked my wife to pick up something that is commonly available at Walmart and she said they may not have it because Target doesn't carry everything. I have no idea what the attraction to Target is.
What kind of weirdo goes to a Target soft opening
And Target for goodness sake. Everyone busting down the doors has surely been to dang Target before. It's basically Walmart with a bit higher prices and it seems to care a little.
I find it humorous that people are complaining about high prices now___ but flood into a new Target___to pay higher prices.
For women: they sell yoga pants.
For men: women wearing yoga pants.
People can complain about the high cost of living and continue buyingshitthat they don't really need.
This is America!
And we just can't help ourselves.
