Antoine London is a clown for the way he handled that. And if it was at the direction of Cherita Sears, she’s a clown too. Grown adults should know better.

Grimsley’s marching band was asked to leave and escorted out of the stadium during the second half after the public address announcer repeatedly warned both bands not to play music while the ball was in play.

Richmond-area schools have largely agreed to let bands play without turning it into an administrative issue like this. The smart admins recognize that two bands at games creates an atmosphere that attracts fans & increases ticket sales.

While they can point to this VHSL policy as justification, people will be watching how show-style bands like Varina, Henrico & Highland Springs operate during future games. These bands are well-known to play throughout live ball action every game. This was just Varina admin on some clown ego stuff.

Antoine London better not show up to any NSU Spartan Legion alumni functions. He’s out of the family!

I truly believe Varina did all this just to be petty, have their own “home cooking”

This post gave me the feeling Varina was going to be petty during the game. I also believe if Grimsley’s band wasn’t embarrassing Varina’s band with how loud they were playing, none of this would’ve been an issue
