They get a 1 to 6 penalty ratio. Our receiver hit 4 seconds after whistle blown and its not a late hit?
Well Kamario Taylor loves him, so you might be doing without both, unless he figures out how to protect him enough to win 2 more games. After 2 and half years, I still haven’t seen anything about Lebby that I can’t live without.
We had 2 PIs in a row. Refs consulted at halftime and apologized to Saban and Bear Bryant for being unbiased. They get a 1 to 6 penalty ratio.
Great post. Every home team dog nutzzz up be we roll over from bad coaching, dumb players, and a qb that has to live up to the hypeThere will be a lot of excuses made. Wah injuries. Wah the refs. Wah we don't have as much talent as Alabama. It's all nonsense. This could have been and should have been a competitive game. We wear these damn camo pants like we are prepping for battle and it turns out we were just dressing like the French army. Both lines of scrimmage today...not competitive. And it's not as much about talent. It was an effort thing.
Second game in a row we shlt the bed in the red zone going into the half.
Play calling was absolutely horrendous. No adjustments. No attempt to move the pocket. No attempt to help McVay who absolutely sucks. QB wasn't ready to play.
Defense couldn't get off the field. Too many coverage busts and soft as baby shlt up front.
This team absolutely laid down today. And that doesn't bode well for the rest of the season.
Zach left at halftime.Zach Selmon has to be looking around to see everybody has left with so much time in the game, right?
It is absolutely about talent. They are light years ahead of us on the lines. Not an excuse. Just the reality. We were never winning this game. There will be a lot of excuses made. Wah injuries. Nope. It was 3. Well, I guess thats a lie. There were another 3 or 4 or 5 passes way off the mark. Sacks which are actually about holding the ball too long and not escaping the pocket. When its collapsing Kamario could escape right or left. No doubt Lebby preaches stay in the pocket but common sense must come into play at some point. And of course most of all Fluff is our only running back. Personally I would have given JJ a shot earlier. What could it hurt ? Surely he could average 2.2 ypc or whatever we hadThe good news is that there's no one mistake that cost us this game
Oh ok. Does that include pretending I’ve not seen what I have seen? We went 4-0 against decent competition. KaMario was extremely accurate at times and at times he just had faster receivers who could run to the ball or better yet make unreal diving catches. The lines especially left tackle has been meh. We damn near lost last week to Missouri at home. KaMario had the same start he had today at SC. We could overcome that against that talent. Today wasn’t SC or Mizzou, and you saw the same games I did. They ran through our defense like it was powder puff. When they are that much better than you, it ain’t balls. It’s just reality. Not an excuse at all. They kicked our *** from the first drive. No amount of pretending we’re a bad *** will help.Be a man.
Truth right here but even said let's don't act like this is Saban's Bama. It's NOT. Bama will lose a few games this year. When they're starting two former MSU players (1 on the OL / 1 on the DL) it tells me a lot. We're undeniably in the bottom half to third in the league talent wise.It is absolutely about talent. They are light years ahead of us on the lines. Not an excuse. Just the reality. We were never winning this game.

Spotting them 14 in the first couple of minutes didn't help. Don't know if it was nerves or injury or what, but it pretty much sealed the deal early. There will be a lot of excuses made. Wah injuries. That needs to be changed, by order from Lebby if necessary. I don't think any of them wear knee pads any longer but officials need to start enforcing the rule.Is Fluff one of the guys that wears long padded shorts, with no knee pad?
Edit to say, Looks that way.
He's never very good in interviews.Hilarious Bama coach trying to find the words ....
