I haven’t even tried maxing out on a back squat in years. Peak would have been a bit shy of 500 at ~185# (probably around 485 to 490). I usually do reps with around 315 to 335 these days and sit a hair over 200# and only go real heavy on leg press. The joys of aging and knee damage..

Best bench when I was that heavy was 335x3 and best deadlift was actually after I dropped about 40# and started running at 525x2. When I did the 605 legitimately all I cared about for 2 years was squatting big.
