Official ‘26 PSU - Northwestern game thread

[PAgeologist]

In hindsight, should've kept Grunkemeyer who eligibility remaining rather than 1 year of Becht.

I would put Manske in. Might as well see what he has.

[Big_O]

If Penn State doesn’t score here the game is over.

[JoePaMajorCFBrecord409Ws]

We've yet to stop them.... giving up 8 yards a play..... and on the other side of the ball, we have 1 First Downs and 32 yards of offense.

[Moogy]

I wonder who took the first crap in The New Ryan Field?

The entire PSU squad … right in the middle of the field.

[m.knox]

Oh look, another batted pass from Becht...........

[Tom McAndrew]

smh. Another Becht pass batted down at the LOS

[NittannyLion85]

And another one batted down

[BostonNit]

Oh look, another batted pass from Becht...........

Gotta roll him out.

[JoePaMajorCFBrecord409Ws]

Another batted pass - comical. Thanks Krafty The Clown.

[PSUfreak2008]

Northwestern backups are bigger faster and stronger than penn state starters. That’s wild

[KingLando]

Becht's perfect when the ball isn't tipped

[cntblvitsbutter]

I think Becht must be like 5'10. But you can't just have him drop back, stare down a receiver and expect the ball not to be batted down.

[KingLando]

Gotta roll him out.

I still don't understand why I'm the only one that said this prior to this week lol

[Calabrin]

Wow! Rappleyea totally bailing Becht out with that catch.

[JoePaMajorCFBrecord409Ws]

What a joke - runs a pattern 2 yards short of the Line To Gain?????

[Psurock]

Before the play occurred,.I said you have to roll him out cause hes too short. What happens. 5,7" with no defense 3 and out

[PSUcup]

Beyond pathetic. Becht just sucks

[m.knox]

Lack of talent more than anything. PSU DT 330 pounds getting driven backwards like blocking sleds

Been bitching about the same. For some reason, coaches are enamored with fat lineman.

[WestSideLion]

Game right there. Threw short on 3rd and 6 and then punted. 17-0 coming.

Campbell is off to a bad start.

[SkiSkiSki]

3rd and 5 and a 3 yard pass going into the sideline. God, I am sorry for whatever I did, just make it stop.

[KingLando]

MC being very conservative

[Big_O]

Game is over. Penn State is now a doormat team.

[CoolBean]

A punt for 37 yds?

[Shifty15]

Rock bottom is knowing a punter that averages 35 yards is your best player in this game

[SleepyLion]

Game’ll be over by halftime at this rate.

Is that an option we have?

[Ludd]

I mean, this is the same as last year

We lost by one last year….we may get blown out of the stadium (the new stadium I mean) this year.

[PAgeologist]

3rd string left guard is blowing holes wide open.

[m.knox]

I still don't understand why I'm the only one that said this prior to this week lol

Because you are the only one.... lmfao....

[Moogy]

Not sure why anyone was expecting anything different. I said the spread should have been NW -17, and I wasn’t kidding.

[KingLando]

We lost by one last year….we may get blown out of the stadium (the new stadium I mean) this year.

Northwestern is much better this year--did you watch them last week?

[CoolBean]

wow this is sad to witness

[cntblvitsbutter]

This is crazy. What in the hell is actually going on?

[PAgeologist]

We lost by one last year….we may get blown out of the stadium (the new stadium I mean) this year.

It will be the first blowout of the "new stadium".

[SkiSkiSki]

FIFY

[PSUfreak2008]

Our o-line and d-line suck. Fire everyone starting with Kraft. Start over again……again

[cntblvitsbutter]

They're gonna have to stack the box to have any hope of stopping the run.

[KingLando]

I'm far more concerned about the defense right now

[Bkmtnittany1]

Worst defensive line in PSU history

[EricStratton-RushChairman]

I don't think our coaches knows jack shiitt about football

[NoBareFeet]

It's amazing how much easier it is to run the ball with the quarterback under center. Too bad Penn State isn't allowed to do that
