Official ‘26 PSU - Northwestern game thread

[Tom McAndrew]

[MtNittany]

What an insufferable alumni base. Sorry.

[Paws057]

Announcers are right up there with Gus Johnson....

[cntblvitsbutter]

Good, positive start from Becht.

[Calabrin]

If Rocco can make more throws like that, we might salvage this season.

[KingLando]

Nice to see a designed roll out

[PSUcup]

Another batted pass. Brutal

[Big_O]

Another bad offensive series.

[Tom McAndrew]

[Ludd]

We have a lot of Titos and no Michaels in our backfield…that’s a funny line.

[Shifty15]

Rocco really telegraphs his passes. Rarely looks but one place. No wonder D backs close so well.

[Ludd]

If Rocco can make more throws like that, we might salvage this season.

He can’t in the pocket since everything he throws gets tipped.

[cntblvitsbutter]

How short is Becht?

[JoePaMajorCFBrecord409Ws]

Becht with another drive-ending pass batted at LOS..... This is really getting old after last week.

[cntblvitsbutter]

Take a deeper drop or maneuver in the pocket.

[KingLando]

Let's be real--deflected passes are often also on the OL--Rocco deserves blame but it's not just him

[Nittany1865Farmer]

I wonder if the offensive playbook is nicknamed, "The Charlie Brown Book of very blah play calling" because when you watch the plays, you want to say... Bleah......

[cntblvitsbutter]

Took a peek at VT. Looks like they're running an offense that Allar should've run.

[EricStratton-RushChairman]

Wow... This defense sucks

[BobPSU92]

We’re trash.

[CoolBean]

Defense sucks

[Ram20]

Just so little confidence or spirit on either side of the ball. Just strange

[PSUfreak2008]

We should try covering guys or tackling guys. I bet that would work

[cntblvitsbutter]

Are we gonna get blown out by NW?

[Big_O]

D-line getting pushed 5 yards down the field.

[Ludd]

Wow... This defense sucks

But that’s okay because our offense is worse.

[pennstatefan111]

Took a peek at VT. Looks like they're running an offense that Allar should've run.

We clearly kept the wrong QB

[AvgUser]

This is going to be a long night

[WestSideLion]

Lower your expectations this year. 7-5 will be a struggle. This needs to get worse before it gets better.

[NittanyLionRoar]

Took a peek at VT. Looks like they're running an offense that Allar should've run.

Or maybe it should have been Grunk instead of Allar all along.

[yboby]

How did NW get Chip Kelly?

[NittanyLionRoar]

The way PSU has to win is outpacing Northwestern’s offense. Looks like that’s going to be a tall task.

[Paws057]

How did NW get Chip Kelly?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

[WestSideLion]

How did NW get Chip Kelly?

Same way they got a $900 million stadium. Rich donors.

[cntblvitsbutter]

How did NW get Chip Kelly?

Well they did spend 900mm on a 35,000 seat stadium, so i'm sure they opened the wallets for him.

[Efejle]

Chip Kelly has nothing to do with a patch work o line kicking our asses down the field

[G3624]

Bàaaaaad, Just BAD

[LionsAndBears]

Giving up too much on 1st Down.

[cntblvitsbutter]

To answer my own question... yeah we're gonna get blow out.

[Calabrin]

Game’ll be over by halftime at this rate.
