I don’t think I could stomach 4 hours or more of this UNLESS, we BEAT BAMAS *** on Saturday afternoon.
I’m 17-Ing torn because I would love to play after a win by State !!
Absolutely 17-ing love it !!
But I have to let my buddy know by tomorrow if I’m playing or not.

I played one afternoon with Don Jacobs - (#5 - AL QB ) and his group several years back.
As soon as I figured out it was that Don Jacobs - after about the 3rd hole and he had to listen to me say that all State fans sure appreciated the fumble after getting “blitzed” by Johnnie Cooks in 1980

Not all all - I’m not going to gloat and be as *** either way but it sure would be a better 4 hours if we were to win.
I don’t think they will be that way if Bama wins but my level of enjoyment would be greatly diminished if they do.

A few months ago I played in a charity scramble and got paired up with an ex Bama player. I’d never heard of the guy. He was the QB that followed Stabler, or maybe the second after Stabler. He’d toke on a one hitter between every hole and ask me if I’d ever heard his podcast. Never offered to share. Guy was a little arrogant but I forgot his name by the time I got home but I still remember the round of golf. Go play golf, wear a baseball polo just in case.
