Tampa Bay Bucs fans. Is this it for Todd Bowles?

I was at the game yesterday. Couldn't believe how many Vikings fans there were. Tank for Jeremiah Smith, fire Bowles.

0-3. Granted Mayfield has a thumb injury, the Packers come to town next game. What's gotta give?
He’s terrible, should have never been hired honestly. He felt like a hire that they wanted to fill the interview black coaches mandate to me. There has to be many other young candidates that aren’t failures over and over though. A lot of good OC/DC minority coaches that have never gotten a shot yet if that was the case.

At best, he was a figurehead hc. Rode the coattails of his staff.

He should of never been hired as HC. He's mediocre and how about teams give everyone worthy a good look then just hire the best guy . He definitely wasn't it.

Then again we dont have the best front office/ownership in my opinion. Mayfield will not win anything here and his contract is ridiculous.

It is very odd. A lot of black head coaches seem to be good motivators, and come in with a good intensity.. but where they often miss is attention to details, players lacking focus (high penalties) Clock management. Is it because a lot of them were former players so they have different mindsets? Most of them being more defense focused?

I mean, it's a lot examples. Herm Edwards, Aaron Glenn, Demeco Ryan, Todd Bowles. Mike Tomlin seems to be one who bucks the trend, but even he was a guy who just seemed to devote far too much effort on the defense after a while.

I thought Demeco Ryan would be really solid. Houston could still end up pretty good, but I’m not sold on Stroud at all. He makes terrible decisions under pressure.

Herm was pretty good, but the best by far is Tony Dungy. He was such a beast as a coach. Tomlin was good for a long time, but they got content with making the playoffs every year and not making a real run at a title. As you said good defense and the offense had been blah since Big Ben left.

Saleh, Demeco, Bowles, and Glenn are 1-15 to start the season.

I have to imagine Bowles goes first.. but Aaron Glenn (hopefully) isnt far behind.

He must know he’s getting fired. Kick the FG from the 2 yard line, go up 3 scores with 8 minutes left and the game is over. Instead, he goes for it and doesnt get it and Dallas goes right down an scores. But Dallas is just as dumb and goes for 2 instead of cutting it to 7 and now it’s an 8 point game with 5 minutes left.

Yeah wtf was Dallas thinking? Maybe theyre trying to potentially win if they got the 2pt and then another TD+extra point? Weird.

If Pete Rozzelle were alive today, he'd be proud of the NFL. If parity is what he wanted, he got it. I have no idea who is any good this year.

That was a stupid decision. Doesn’t matter because they turned it over yet again, but Schottenheimer is an idiot. He didn’t want to be upstaged for the dumbest decision of the night on the 2 yard FG denial right before that drive.

Nope, once again the Cowboys find every way possible to lose games. Until Jerry stops being the GM they won’t win anything. No matter who they trade for he hires the worst coaches and still can’t stop a high school team on defense.
Yeah 30 years since their last superbowl all because Jones wants to be GM and coach. They should have had a run like the Patriots in the 90's and would have if Johnson had stayed as coach.

Prescott su*ks just like Romo. Great stats but a choke artist when it counts. At least the choker Danny White got to multiple NFC championship games .

The NFL should make Jones sell the team lol. What a absolute embarrassment they are.

Yeah, they really havent come close to making a Super Bowl. Such a pathetic fall for a once proud franchise.

Games like this make me wonder how anyone ever makes it through a survival pool league. Two entries gone after 5 weeks. Pool started with 1030 and now down to 150 or so after only 4 weeks and one game into week 5. Just brutal carnage. Will try again next year.
