I'm already getting spoiled by this guy. During the game, group chat is basically agreeing "KT isn't have the best game".

Yep. I like that his interception was one of overconfidence. Ideally don't throw it but he thought he could get it over the backer and to the receiver. I don't know that physics would allow that but he threads so many.

Also, not to be lost is that two of the most critical catches of the game were overthrown and our receivers just catch balls with very few exceptions.

From the replay the interception would’ve been 6 if he put arch on it instead of throwing a piss missile. He has amazing arm strength, and relies on it a little too much.

After the game, he said that it was because he and the receiver were not on the same page as far as reading the defense.

Correct. I did see that the receiver freed up past the safety but I think that the route was designed to hit him on the slant prior to that. That's the throw that just wasn't going to fit from my perspective and it looks like that is what he attempted. Regardless, it was a product of a strong arm and a quick decision, which I will take a missed read every now and then over what we've had in the past.

In that stat line, he ate a few sacks because we play ole line....or he plain has no internal clock as of yet.

I would say they have told him dont take off and run, someone gonna take their shot. He definitely could have smoked Missouri a few times if he looked to run

Yes! And go back and watch Joe Burrow's year with LSU. His receivers made him look like an absolute stud - not that he's not plenty good on his own. But they were making spectacular grabs on a lot of those throws. It's definitely a team sport.
