Sagarin is supposed to be a computer model, so that shouldn't count for anything.
It does because the computer models have to start somewhere at the beginning of the year and the starting point is usually roster talent, which is totally about brand. Biggest brands get the most talent.

Right. This is why most of these models and rankings improve over the course of the year as more current data becomes available. The best ones also tend not deviate so far from the mean as time goes on.
