If the NCAA’s key point is that freshman are being put at a disadvantage, they don’t have a leg to stand on anymore since freshman just can’t be cut at this point in the year.

**** the NCAA

The vision and facilitating abilities from Sietske out of the back is so understated and important moving forward. I have never seen anyone domestically do it better. I love seeing her back there. Rewatching the game she kick starts so many offensive opportunities.

On another note, do we know what’s going on with Imme? I know ACL was hypothesized but has that been confirmed?

Game analysis: what a difference 3 all-Americans make.

really two and a half. Mendez must be on minute restriction for some reason; there are no minutes in the box score, but it felt like she was out more than in, especially in 2nd half.

I am guessing the early two goals Coco had, had something to do with it. She played very well all game.

Completely different team w those three playing. Dominant so far
Yes they are a different team and let me tell you why? When the players realize that these three players were going to suit up and play, I know for a fact that their confidence level went through the roof. They were like, Yeah, they are finally going to play, we are coming for you now. Those three are bringing stability, leadership, calmness, and belief right out the gate. They are also relieving pressure off of CB, and the freshmen which means the rest of the players on this team can play free and have fun while they are playing which I know we saw this last night. Go Heels!

Hey folks, I just found this video that I would like to share with you. This video speaks volumes about what I think Sietske, Heck, and Mendez are saying to the Field Hockey teams in the ACC as well as in the nation. The video is called, "I'm Coming" by Deion Sanders which says it all. I think we can all relate to the message and I think this is a good rallying cry to the rest of the league and nation in women's college field hockey. Listen to it and I think you will agree what the message is saying. Maybe someone can share this with EM and have her to play it right before the games start moving forward.

Per the team stats, Dani played 25min's.
You can sort by column heading if you have a preference.

Please note that I am not disagreeing.
But, I hold #23 Falco in high regard.

Katelyn Falgowski was an incredible facilitator indeed - but I do not think she ever really slid to the back line… someone please correct me if I’m wrong! Streaming options sure were scarce then, compared to today.

That is my recollection as well.
I managed to watch some games on subscription via NuLion (video only, no announcer) and in person at Francis E Henry.
Another talent that did not play on the back line but you know is #14 KK.
Not domestic but certainly worthy of recognition, IMO, is Yentl Leemans.

Definitely not the same fire as yesterday to start the game, but I think that has to do with the ball being harder to control today

Weird first half, we definitely have control/momentum

Like Minas said, the field conditions seem to be impacting play

Great 3d dribbling from Reese. Did not know she had that in her skill set.

I've noticed Barbacci seems to really struggle with getting and keeping control of the ball.
