I’m excited for this one. I think the MC freshman have their work cut out for them. Sophs/Varisty should be good. Also, really cool the kids are doing play by play on radio.

Both of these sophomore teams were really good, and their linemen were Gigantic.

Although, all/most of BR's linemen looked more like athletic giants, at least half of the MC linemen looked more like they ate a few too many truckloads of Twinkies, especially their OL.

Good games for both teams on both levels - Parity among Rice, MC, Loyola and even Marist this year is good to see throughout the Blue. Both Rice and MC have good number of underclassmen up on Varsity. Big Varsity game on Friday at Rice.

The biggest Soph is #77 on Varsity....6'7 300.

This Soph team is having problems against the Blue teams with the inexperienced QB. They were spoiled with Elliott last year. They got the playmakers and a good line even with #77 playing up but this QB wasn't a grade school QB and is learning on the fly but he's trying. I guess it's a pretty common tale on most Soph teams adjusting to a lot of players playing up on Varsity.
