OT: Could AC actually be on the verge of making comeback?

Always bet on the beach. There is limited coast line. All the “nice” areas have become ridiculously expensive. Crowds have shot up at the touristy towns, Wildwood, Point Pleasant. Eventually people will need a more affordable place to go. AC will come back as is the whole shore

My algorithm just gave me a random video of a real estate woman talking about the difference in property costs between Wildwood and Ocean City, MD. Thanks to a very recent run up in prices, Wildwood is now insanely more expensive than even a nice place like OCMD.

We are "battening down the hatches" here, as are all Jersey Beach residents are (hope you'll be okay, Newell!). Windy as F already.

I consider my Chelsea neighborhood to be a great NJ secret, and I hope I still feel the same way after this Nor'Easter.

ETA: Last weekend I was in Ocean City, Maryland, for a high school reunion. That place is much more beautiful than I remembered from the raunchy days of high school. I hope they make it through these storms okay...
