What an annoying group of analysts, especially Kelly and the other white dude ex-coach.
Why…they were being very disruptive by talking when the original guy was discussing Iowa and our schedule.

I'm just curious why you think first to 28 wins it, when Michigan has a substantially better defense and you struggled to put up 16 points against ISU? I may be missing something, any major injuries going into this game for either team?

Did you watch the Michigan Oklahoma game? It is on YouTube, you should go give it a look. Mateer single handedly pissed that game down his leg. I don't think either defense is truly known at this point, and it isn't like it will be strength on strength with Iowa's Oline.
With regards to injuries, the only questionable players for Iowa that would be impactful are dj vonnahme, and Moulton. Both are expected to play. Michigan, has Berry (expected to play) and Sprague (not sure on update here), and edge Nicholls (but I bet he plays)

28? I’d love to see it but I’d agree that 20 on either side wins it. I don’t see Michigan moving the ball consistently unless their QB can make a play and he’s not been good this year. We all know Kirk is going to try and field position the game as well. And I don’t see us hitting many big plays against their D. I can certainly see us winning but 28 is very optimistic.

Actually watched that game live. I think Mateer just isn't as good of a quarterback as the SEC wants people to believe. He's gonna have better days, but I think Michigans D also helped exasperate the situation.
I believe both of your guys defenses are truly legit this year, I wouldn't be surprised at all if this is a 13-6 or 13-10 game for either team.

Just curious do you honestly think the winner of this game scores 28+ points? Like I said before, I could be missing something. Not here to poop on your party. Just hard to think some of you think that considering the o/u is 38.5 points last time I checked.
I think it's going to come down to who makes the least mistakes, I expect both sides to have one or two big hitters. Oklahoma lining up and running a spread offense was just absolutely laughable, there were running lanes available, for some reason or another they decided to air the ball out, rather than taking the gains. I will agree that this game could get ugly quick for Iowa if Brown doesn't show up, or Iowa cannot contain the edge, which has been an issue on defense this year.

yes, containing the edge has been a problem. Most specifically against the read option. Using stats right now at this point is a bit disingenuous given who Iowa has played.
Just the Iowa State game, these are plays, especially the read options that could go for 6 against Michigan.

Okla's OLIne is garbage, they cant run against anyone even light weight Non-conf foes
