Seismicity report for Michigan game

The good news:

Ann Arbor is quite a secure place seismically due to being firmly planted on the North American Craton.

The bad news:

Matthew 24:6-8 does speak of pestilences, wars, and EARTHQUAKES, so don't get too complacent; be sure to have a travel emergency kit.

With that said, the "pestilences" referred to above have me concerned this week. Take Penicillin along, and drink beer, not the water.

CERI/ANSS currently reports that there was only a 2.7 tremor by Maybee, Michigan. and a 3.0 tremor by Amherstburg, Ontario, within the last 6 months. While these were in the general Ann Arbor area, the stability of the North American Craton underlying Ann Arbor SHOULD make Saturday's trip safe.

No reports of boll weevil infestations, fire ant swarms, or the dreaded murder hornets.
