Saying the reason we were going to win was because of him came off cocky to literally everyone I know. It's usually the players getting all the credit. Literally 99% of the time as coaches are humble 99% of the time. But now I'm on board with it as he can say whatever he wants if he changes the tide. The joke is always, always on the UK Football season ticket holders that believe anything will ever change other than an occassional Music City bowl win. Maybe a Peach bowl.

Nope, there were no class rankings in 1992. If there were, Kentucky would have ranked very low.

That class produced some truly awful Kentucky teams - going 15-30 overall and 0-14 against ranked teams. Those teams were humiliated regularly, including 73-7 and 65-0 beat-downs by Florida.

To this day Kentucky football is washing the stench off of it's indifference and low standards that permeated the program for decades.
