That holding call reminded me of similar non-calls in the Temple game (watched the recording right before this game). The one committed by Buffalo.

Becht seems to be a bit “off” … making the throws, generally, but not putting the ball where it’s easiest to catch or to convert into YAC. To compare it to baseball, it’s like a pitcher having adequate control, but not having his command.

The pass was way out in front of him .. he had to reach out and forward to grab it, forcing his momentum to continue that way. Pretty tough to redirect yourself after that.

Hansen would have just run into the pile. Poor Martin put all that work into that big run and ends up tripping himself up before pay dirt.

See how QM pressured the LOS so that defenders converged to the middle, then broke it outside with acceleration? I don't think Peoples and certainly not Hansen has that kind of quickness.

The reaction is what I said it would be in the chat
Anyone that thinks Hansen won't be RB tomorrow morning hasn't been paying attention
