One of my favorite sports message board constants is some poster legit mad that the board lost the game by not being focused, or serious enough, etc. it usually pops up as a casual pregame warning that “we” aren’t taking the opponent seriously enough and if we lose you will get a follow up melt post-game. I'm always prepared for the worst as an MSU fan. I've seen us lose any way you can think of. Last week was a pleasant surprise. It's really tough to win on the road, but I think MSU does have a chance to win. Can't have penalties and turnovers and need the D to show up. These are the games where if everyone else can just play a clean game, our skill players can make the plays for us to win.
