As far as I can tell, the ad had something to do with sports. No idea which ones.

Why would anyone blame her for cashing in on her assets while she still has them?? Build the bank before age and gravity take over.
Fact...this is like people angry with Livvy Dunne. They're controlling how they're marketed. This is what they want. That's empowerment

Saagar disapproves and frankly so do I. If gambling is going to be legal there should be some friction in the process. They can't advertise cigarettes on TV and they keep them behind the counters in stores and all that stuff, and yet anyone can gamble on anything at anytime from their phone? That is simply wrong IMO.

Reminds me of the movie "Hollywood Shuffle". Hoe cakes. "Hoes gotta eat too!"

Robert Townsend!!! Man. Love him. One skit I recall was about an alien culture looking for ‘Z Tron’ on earth. The whole episode is about their struggle to find this. Then it’s revealed Z Tron is coffee. To this day, my dad and I always ask for Z Tron in the morning….

Love him as well. One that sticks out to me is a western skit where he is on horseback and ...Well, I'll let the clip tell the story. At the time him throwing shade at Ted Turner was funny.

Edit: I don't think I should look up the main topic at work.:ROFLMAO:

Everyone knows how to get cigarettes
Everyone knows how to get alcohol
Everyone knows how to make a bet
Drugs are illegal--people still obtain those knowing it's unsafe, right?

I don't see the problem here. All of these things are a decision and require a choice to use/do them. If you're worried about minors then focus on the parents.

Do you feel bad for Brendan Sorsby? You're not wrong if you do--I'm just trying to understand why

Like when a dad bros son buried a lax goal we all said in unison “that’s good parenting”

when my sons went to college I asked them to avoid anything that could be made in a shop sink behind a mechanics garage

Based on the video, what she physically has is out of hand. Except of course for my hands, I have huge hands!!!

Sydney is definitely hot, but also quite overexposed (pun very much intended)

I’m kind of enjoying seeing Inde Navarette displace her just a bit on the interwebs attention meter lately

The prevalence of legal gambling is probably going to be the final nail in our society’s coffin. A lot of these people could have been investors, instead throwing their money away—in turn hurting the rest of investors and retirees because less investment means less growth. Plus this is ruining some families and putting hoards of people in bankruptcy and potentially homelessness.

Gambling has been legal in many places for a long time without leading to the downfall of society. I'd bet (pun intended) that we'll make out ok in the end.

Having gambling be legal is one thing, making it so that anyone can gamble from their phone anytime on anything from their phone is another. There should be some friction in the process. It shouldn't be so easy.

Gambling is addictive and to some people it's extremely addictive. Not to me, thank God, but to many others it is. Imagine people with a tendency to be addicted to drugs or alcohol being around drugs and alcohol 24/7. If you have a phone, which everyone does, you're exposed to being able to gamble 24/7.

Society as a whole didn't make the decision to make sports gambling so easy, rather the entities there were to benefit by making it as easy as possible used political influence to make things in their favor, to the detriment of the rest of society.

There have already been scandals and there are going to be more and I won't feel bad for the sports leagues when they happen. The people running things are unbelievably greedy.

She is hot from the neck down. From the neck up she is a little above average. If you walk across any college campus of a large state school during class change time you'll see hundreds if not thousands of better looking women from the neck up than Sydney Sweeney. Or at least that's how I see it.

I give Dunne a ton more credit. She completely marketed herself into a public figure from an unknown college athlete in a low profile sport.

Sweeney is a decent actress with great genes/jeans.

She wins .

There was a saying posted on the wall of a bar that went, "The time I have wasted pursuing the light that shines in a young woman's eyes has been my career's undoing"
Instead of "the light" it should be the "bulge in a young woman's sweater".

Fair enough but I'm all for people making choices in life
I don't feel bad for the leagues or the players but we've had scandals long before gambling was easy access on your phone
Also a lot of addicts are around alcohol or drugs constantly. It's like people addicted to food...should door dash not be available on your phone to prevent them
I do get your point. And I'm probably not empathetic enough but I don’t support limiting access for those adults that can't control themselves. JMO...I do see your point.
