That first Eagles series was some kind of hooey. Wow, those calls were bad.

Welper so much for that

Cue the boos. What if Hurts really is the problem?

Well the bad Jalen is playing right now I think they are going to SB too much

[Tom McAndrew]

Commanders miss a 54-yard FG attempt. Still 14-9, with 6:46 left in the 3rd qtr.

[WestSideLion]

The O just gets worse and worse each possession.

Maybe it isn’t the OC but the guy behind the center?

[Pocono Lion]

So, DeJean breathes hard on the WR and it’s a flag but Wicks gets knocked down past 5 yards and the refs swallow their whistles?

If he doesn’t run, he’s not nearly as effective and neither is Barkley.

[Tom McAndrew]

Elliott with a 35-yard FG for the Birds, makes it 17-9, Birds, with 0:44 left in the 3rd qtr.

Another 3rd and 14 conversion to file away. Terrible.

The DL got absolutely no pressure on Daniels on that play, which enabled him to find the receiver.

TD by Diggs. With the PAT, it's 17-16, Eagles, with 9:59 left in the 4th qtr.

DeJean is having a tough day

smh

[WestSideLion]

It’s early in the season, but both sides look lackluster. I’m not sure how much Greenard will help with the pass rush based on what we are seeing against an average Skins OL.

The offense just looks lost across the board. I’m starting to think an OL reboot is needed.

Good thing dejean’s parents are at the game.

@WestSideLion -- Hurts with a scamper for a 1st down on 3rd & 18. Nice of the Birds to answer on the 3rd & long, even if it was not the way you'd like to see it.

[Tom McAndrew]

TD, Goedert!!!

[Tom McAndrew]

With the PAT, it's 24-16, Birds, with 6:02 left in the game

Two clutch plays on that drive. Now can the D make a stop?

[Pocono Lion]

DeJean is getting cooked today.

[s1uggo72]

We could have used that fumble recovery

[Tom McAndrew]

4th & 2 for Washington ...

DL gets no pressure on Daniels and his converts a throw on a crossing pattern.

Washington with 1st & goal, with just under 2 minutes left

[WestSideLion]

DeJean is getting cooked today.

With Woolen on board, Coop may be tested a lot more this year. The slot is a demanding position.

[Tom McAndrew]

Commanders score with 1:01 left, to make it 24-22, Birds.

They go for 2 points, bu Ojomo says NO WAY.

24-22, Birds, with 1:01 left

It wasn’t easy, but they’ll get the dub. Let’s hope there’s a lot of Joe Pa “improvement” between week one and two!

[s1uggo72]

I still don’t understand how a ball that hits the ground can be legally caught

no style points in the NFL
