Who are your week 4 surprises & disappointments? Shout out regardless of the outcome to all schools who put a team on the field this past week. My disappointments are the schools who canceled the rest of their varsity season. Also Sandburg bc of the score. Surprises? Leo has to be mentioned again as well as Oak Lawn!!! Could Oak Lawn beat Richards this year??? Oh & to the Tinley Park guy talking about them running up the score last week. Karma came quick.

De La Salle was down 24-0 to Marian at halftime and drew to within 32-24 in the fourth quarter before Marian scored to secure the win. The Meteors have ample amounts of heart. Love to see our kids compete as they did against Reavis, Marmion and Marian.

I think they are, I believe their freshman coach is the former Leo HC and former coach at STL. Great recruiter and will get kids in the building.

Blackmon might be the states most polarizing coach….

Larry flushed him after he revived the program from the laughing stock of the CCL to a state title appearance - parents / fans had some harsh things to say about him

goes to Oak Lawn and…. His tenure there was embarrassing

DeLaSalle - the program is on life support and they cancelled last years season
- it will be a monumental task to get that program to get passed the 1st round of the playoffs

he is an interesting case study
