Often the paperwork is legal but you dont know if you are dealing with Jesus Sanchez or not and how do you to ck that!
There is a criteria you have to go through when hiring and filing taxes. ID-SS# card and their papers showing their work visas or they have completed their citizenship requirements, All those have to be photocopied and filed so they can be produced upon request. It is a fools errand to say they didnt dig deep enough. That's what ICE is for and the reason they go looking for a trouble maker and end up hauling a bunch off as the fake ID's etc are common. If they cant speak the language here-There is a good chance they are illegal or will be when their Visa expires.

Look at racetracks across the nation where a lot of hispanics work. They have to be licensed by the state who takes responsibility for everyones background checks and fingerprinting every owner -trainer-employee that wals thru their gates. But every once in awhile Ice will shpw up looking for someone and those guys scatter and hide like a bunch of roaches when the lights got turned on. They end up evicting licensed background cked individuals every year.

They rarely stop anywhere unless someone gets in trouble that has slipped through the cracks. I've had employees policed their own generally. Guys that got seriously hurt on the job and there is no workmans comp or ins claim and they all pitched in to send him back to Mexico rather than allow him to be discovered!
