....in 20 years. How can you defend a coach who wins an average of five games a year? Guy has been a HC for two decades and admitted his team wasn't ready for UMass. That's good coaching? The guy on then other sideline, who is basically a rookie head coach coming off an 0-fer season, made Greg look like an inept fool.
Nope. He had more resources than the watered down BE and AAC schools and never won ****. He has 10 to 1 more resources that UMass and just presided over one of the worst losses in CFB history. Your boy sucks. Bad. And everyone knows it. Give him LSU money and he’d still lose to UMass. He sucks.

I cannot argue with this! Greg looked like an inept fool against an 0-16 team from a lesser league. NIL is areal concern against the big boys but there is no friggin way we should have lost to UMASS.

Donations have never poured in at Rutgers, so your point has no merit. Very easy to post about donations on the messageboard. Much harder to write that check.

We have the 10th largest operating budget in all of college football and Greg had 24 million in NIL to work with.

We have a big operating budget because unserious goofballs like yourself don’t donate. Thats why it takes more effort to recruit. I’ve forgotten more than you will ever know.

Huge money at IUP (had to wash the players uniforms because they didn’t have staff) Even more money at Elon. JMU broke the bank for him. Had his priorities straight when negotiating at Indiana and asked for NIL rather than a bloated staff and field house (your favorite) and left money in the table his first year (didn’t use it all). Cuban didn’t donate until after proof of concept and not to the numbers people claim.

You thought Rutgers had more talent the year he got there. And has been pointed out many times, he didn't get serious money until he started winning. Their 2 year rampage through college football has mostly been fueled by unheralded players, many from the same talent pool RU drew from. He's coached them better.

Greg loses in the first round of the playoffs within Indiana’s roster last year. Doesn’t sniff the national title.
If Greg had Indianas roster he doesn’t make the playoffs. If he has their coaching staff sans Cignetti and they run Indianas system there’s a chance they make it to first round.
Al is setting himself up to be a grad school case study on “delusions” in the future.
