What a joke they are in the ACC. Syracuse seems to always play them tough but lose. And I`m glad we don`t play LSU this year. They obviously looked very good - I didn`t know Leavitt was so good that guy has some moves like Pavia did.

Same story as the recent years. They'll lose to any good team and have a chance against mediocre or bad teams.
Do they still do a coaches show? Remember when they used to only show plays that were positive for Clemson - never showed the opponent scoring? Those shows were hilarious, rather pathetic, when they lost. What will they do for this game if that`s still the case?
They do. But so do we. Ours has looked like that at times. Theirs is on the ACC Network. Ours is on SECN.
I don't bemoan Clemson's demise, but I do demise the REASON for the demise.

Dabo will leave the starters in until late in the fourth quarter against Ga. Southern this week and run up the score. The rock petters will leave thinking they are back in the championship hunt. I think Dabo manages a 9-3 season and the heat will be off of him.
This team looks worse than last year's 7-6 team. If they don't win the ACC or make the playoff, the fans won't give Dabo another free pass.
Not only is their schedule one of the easiest in “big boy” football, they are beating these cupcakes handily, thus allowing starters coming out to remain fresh and healthy and gettin subs valuable field time!!
You mean LSU is better than Miami? Either way, Toney and Fletcher should have a field day against Clemson's defense.

I don't know about Duke, but UVA looked solid in the first game, and SMU is projected end up as a 9-3 or 10-2 squad.

Best of all, Dabo had two QBs in a row that could take the team on their shoulders and will it to a win on the biggest stage. Those days are in the rearview. I remember telling my taters-in-law to soak it up because it can't last.
I believe there are 5 to 6 teams better than clemson in the ACC. One game is a small sample size and clemson played one of the top 4 teams in the country. I can see 7 wins on their schedule. Could be as many as 8 or as few as 5, depending on how they bounce back. But, as with nearly any year, their floor is probably 7 wins and a bowl.
I see 5 losses at least on Clemson's schedule and 6 if we can get them at Death Valley. I think they lose to Cal. Cal has a decent offense with a QB and a RB. That is, also, a rough cross country trip. Clemson drops a home game to Miami. Miami appears to have a high powered offense and Clemson doesn't have the QB to get in a shootout with anyone this year. I see back to back road losses to Syracuse and Florida State. Syracuse beat Clemson last year with their backup QB playing half the game after Steve Angeli tore his Achilles. Syracuse has Angeli back and Clemson has to go to the Carrier Dome where they have struggled and lost with better teams. Finally, the Seminoles, in spite of their offensive problems, have a defense that appears to be disruptive and create turnovers. I see Clemson's offensive line struggling there. This does not even count games against Duke or South Carolina. I am not sure what we have yet, but I am cautiously optimistic. I don't know what Duke has either. The lost their QB and Top Receiver to Miami. I haven't seen what they have to replace it. I know the ACC is weak, but that Clemson team I saw in Baton Rouge was not good. Any team that is average to fairly good stands a good chance to beat them.
If USCjr had a coaches show all they’d be able to do is show the opponents scoring lol
