Only game that COULD go either way is Lincolnton and Burns. Very interesting one there. I'm leaning toward Lincolnton by 2 scores. This Burns team gave Crest a fit so A game is needed more for the Wolves. I watched that Crest Burns game on youtube, I think its called "Fokus" Good game replays on that page.

Other than that one if ya'll pick different than whats below a psychologist is waiting LOL

Yeah Cleveland Co is a funny animal, heres why- KM beats up hard on Burns, KM loses to Shelby, Crest beats both Burns and Shelby but Burns holds on with Crest til prob final 6 or 7 min. Basically, tough cookies. It'll be Lincolntons toughest game yet next to Maiden

I listened to Hickory-Bunker Hill (WHKY) on my way home from the game. The commentators said it was the weirdest game they have seen… ever! 🤷‍♂️

Apparently…both coaches were furious at certain points during the game. Also said something about all the injury timeouts and at one point the officials ran some clock during an injury timeout.

Go figure!

Cramps are bad this time of year. The Foard EB game I was at, I promise you I did not get back to my truck til after.....11;00!!!! It was one injury timeout on top of another, made the game last probably 45-50 min longer than usual.

I wasn’t…just sharing what the commentators were saying. I have very good friends (like my brothers from another mother) who called ball for decades. They tell great stories from their experiences. I very rarely complain about officials due to how tough the job can be. If I do complain…I’d just do it politely….the Southern way…and just talk about them behind their backs.😂

East Lincoln (I just can't see anyone giving them a problem until they come to the HKY & when they play West Iredell.
Maiden (Maiden should WIN big)
West Iredell (West Iredell it good this year, they got a BIG QB about 6'4" he can throw it, and he is scrambling as well much more, he is a QB that don't mind running and lowering his shoulder on you, he got offers from Arkansas, Kent State, Toledo & Gardner-Webb. They got a lot athletic WR's, a big RB, they will be a problem for everybody.)
Lincolnton (I'm picking them every week; they will be hard to beat as well)
Stuart Cramer (I don't much about them but I'm picking them to win)

I know you will probably just give us coach speak. But try to find ur inner (amaidendevil) for some more candor review 😂

East Lincoln at Bandys: The Mustangs would be tough for anyone. EL by 18

Bunker Hill at Maiden: The Blue Devils seem to play best at home. Maiden by 15 in Flyrod’s game of the week.

Newton-Conover at Hickory: for the Red Devils, things do not improve from last week. Red Tornadoes by 21

West Iredell at North Lincoln: West by 14.

Burns at Lincolnton: Wolves by 7

Stuart Cramer at Bessemer City: The Jackets have no chance. Cramer by 30.

Hibriten in the bye week: In the pickems, Just wondered if not picking the team with the bye would count against me if I didn’t put anything down, maybe like a bonus question on an English test?

Coach Wilson does a great job with them. I know you think it’s funny, but having Bazzle on any sideline is a huge advantage. On top of that they added Butch to the defensive side of the ball.
Newton will be dangerous when they all get on the same page, very athletic.

I think from my post shows I think bazzle makes a big difference. From what I've seen on film and in person I don't think defense is very impressive. I do think they have a defensive lineman who is great Hefner. But can't win on defense without whole team playing defense

Good point, HRMBD, probably was just thinking about the times we had played Maiden there, and had left disappointed.
