I'm not the oldest one on here but in the 30+ years I've been on this rock that was one of the worst screw jobs I've ever seen
WM got ‘huskered’—think B12 title game 2009…
Honestly, this was even worse than 2009. This ball was clearly still in the air at 0:00. They reviewed it and then just made s--- up to give Michigan an extra play.
More was on the line when NU got screwed in the CCG against Texas - but Michigan will never live this down. They flat out lost that game and only an embarrassing level of corruption bailed them out.

Sometimes I wish teams would rush 6 at the QB, you cannot let them set up for that kind of throw. Still, one of the greatest injustices of the past few decades. Geezus.

Yeah, I like to think there are really are no conspiracies to influence the outcome of games....only ****** calls once in a while. Then I watched this game...and the Big 12 title game. It's not just the final play, it's the subtle bs non-calls throughout the end of the game. The BIG has zero intregrity if they don't hand out some ref suspensions.

Didn’t they put a second on the clock even before the “first” Hail Mary? How could the game clock not been accurate if that were the case?
Couldn't Michigan just sue next week and get a ruling that the game was actually won by Michigan, ruled on by a judge from Ann Arbor? People are surprised there is overt cheating?

Yes, they got two extra seconds. And both seconds were added VERY FAST. That "review" of the game clock was no review at all.
If this was Nebraska, Purdue, Iowa, Northwestern or Michigan State, anyone here think the officiating crew bends over and gives them an extra :01?

If the ref says they have a different clock - let's see it. No secrets - did they watch a replay of "their clock" or just went with their gut based on a watch on their hand like a soccer ref?

The guy that said was Terry McAuliy the Former ref and rules analyst for NBC . How obvious is when that guy says it
So was the official clock and TV clock not the same? TV clearly looked 00. Wittingham said post game clock said 01. WTH
Terminations and fines at minimum are in order, if not legal proceedings. On top of that, the correct outcome of the game should be instated immediately, with WMU sitting at 1-0 and Michigan 0-1. The integrity of the sport (what little remains of it at this point) was brazenly violated tonight.

Refs should be forced to attend post game press conferences and answer tough questions, it's long overdue.
