I do wonder about that. Maria could most certainly retire or maybe she still wants to be in the action.I have not read on any of this, but maybe they are just paying out her contract?
Trump appears to have an affinity with her. She should milk that while he is in power.I do wonder about that. Maria could most certainly retire or maybe she still wants to be in the action.

I do not understand this situation or the woman in Illinois who recently killed her infant. Our legal "shared" value is that a woman has the right to do whatever she wants with her "body" pre birth. Choice.
However, we are now into post birth babies. Apparently mentally disturbed woman are out there and their solution for mental illness is to strangle their children. Really sad but apparently a thing these days.
My correlation to abortion is my personal belief but once we start down the slippery slope where does it end?
"We" meaning leftwing judges and DAs?Progressive judges have been letting violent criminals off due to mental capacity regularly in recent years. We let violent criminals back out on the streets on a daily basis. Scary trend, and we will see cases like this all the time moving forward.
Inevitable, but another metric that is not great going into election season.
Jeff Blehar nuking Kenny P in the Texas Senate race! This is exactly what smart prognosticators are seeing. One way traffic in favor of the gay vegan.
And of course Trump isn't coming to save Paxton. As Jeff says, the $850M is Trump's money, he grifted that shiz fair and square.

Imagine how much the ACTUAL crime rates will drop, when these three things occur: 1. incarcerate egregious criminal illegals or deport more illegals, 2. incarcerate criminals that are citizens of US. 3. Cash bail.Progressive judges have been letting violent criminals off due to mental capacity regularly in recent years. We let violent criminals back out on the streets on a daily basis. You posted a generic ballot poll and he responded with a comment on … Fetterman. Very strange.
Keep worrying about the poles. Hilarious that people care about the areas that no one lives.

"Affordability" returning to SFH in areas of USA ! ANOTHER TRUMPISM !From AI:
Nationally, U.S. home sale prices are not down. Repeat-sales indexes that track the same properties over time still show modest year-over-year gains as of mid-2026:
Asking (list) prices are down. Realtor.com’s national median list price was $424,500 in August 2026, –1.3% from a year earlier—the 10th straight month of YoY list-price declines. Price-per-square-foot fell a bit more (–1.8%). Those list-price drops have been narrowing after steeper declines earlier in the year. Important caveats
- S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index: +1.5% YoY in June 2026.
- Case-Shiller 20-City Composite: +2.1% YoY in June.
- FHFA House Price Index: +2.1% YoY in Q2 2026.
- Zillow Home Value Index: roughly +0.8% to +1.1% YoY in recent months.
In short: closed-sale prices nationally are still slightly up from a year ago; listed asking prices are modestly down; real prices are down; and many individual cities are experiencing actual declines.
- After inflation (~3.5% in June), real (inflation-adjusted) home values have been falling for over a year.
- The national average hides large local differences. Some Midwest/Northeast metros (Chicago +6.9%, New York +4.8%) are still rising solidly; several Sun Belt and Western markets (Seattle –2.0%, parts of Florida and Texas) are down several percent.
- Full-year 2026 forecasts from Zillow and others cluster around roughly flat national home values (+0.1% or so).
Seems like a nonevent to me on the real estate front as related to actual "voting issues". I will say our youngest just rented his first apartment and I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap it was with a free moth of incentives.

My Nephew's home on your favorite golf course is UP over 10 % in resale value, in less than a year. (That's over $ 150,000 !)
Buying a home "right price" is STILL an art !
Like clockwork. lmaoHe’s like one of those NPC memes. He attempts to input information, but if said information doesn’t work for him, the output is either TDS!, a Fox News headline, or some bs he made up.

My goodness you’re ignorantMorons. Saved the economy from the Bush crash.
Btw, I need to address these two things.
1. Social Security benefits from illegals, lots of them pay into the program, none of them take out (illegal immigrants aren't eligible for benefits and actually aren't eligible to be in the workforce, tho some of bogus documentation to be able to work for employers who are operating legally within our employer verification laws). The disability portion of SS has issues with fraud, but that's not in any way related to illegals. The old age benefits are not a place where there's much fraud.
That said, illegal immigrant contributions to SS aren't so huge that they are some massive boon to the program. Basically, they offer a small financial upside.
2. Discussions of waste, fraud, abuse are for people who don't know where the government's fiscal obligations lie. I'm all for attacking them where applicable, but even 0% fraud ever won't meaningfully impact the debt problem. The issues are (1) entitlement obligations and (2) too much spending on the other stuff (tho this is far more defensible than the entitlement issues).
In fairness, even really smart people don't realize. Elon Musk thought DOGE would save the nation's fiscal health. That was, welp it was completely insane.
Here's the deficit by year. Basically 2023-25 have been flat at a shocking $1.8T yearly deficit.

You’re an incredibly small thinker. You’ve never bothered to understand how the earth’s axis, sunspots, etc. relate to weather. BTW, we had HS football games held back by hours this weekend due to real feel. You caught the liberal fearmongering bug. It’s Labor Day Weekend. It’s still Summer and last time I checked, Summer is when it can get really hot. Let’s not forget the “Indian Summer” that happens in October when we get a brief heatwave in the Midwest almost annually.
I would push back on 1 a little bit. But I agree with you that it’s a small (but growing) drop in the bucket. Plenty of cases like the ones below.

The Justice Department announced today fifteen individuals, 11 illegal aliens and four U.S. citizens, have been charged and arrested for benefit fraud in Massachusetts. I know about all of those things, including how we have shifted earth’s axis by draining groundwater.
You’re posting about the arctic, where no one lives. I tend to care more about places people live.
You did a fantastic job ignoring my post. Truly, you are climastrologist. If the temp didn’t get above freezing this Summer in the North Pole, that indicates something much greater than your population ********. It indicates a potential global cooling period, of which we know is coming, because a fair amount of the disingenuous climate change scientists have come out and essentially said the earth is in fact entering a cooling period and thankfully what we advocated (read as bull hockey doo doo) staved off a disaster.I know about all of those things, including how we have shifted earth’s axis by draining groundwater.

Because he’s apparently smarter than you despite being a small thinker, debrained79.I have no idea how you'd let Dumbcoach call you a "small thinker" without lighting him up. Lol.

Oop. He’s taking another shot at a nickname. Swing and a miss.Because he’s apparently smarter than you despite being a small thinker, debrained79.
LOL. I do a great job of pointing out actual earth things of which man has no control. Your bitches ignore ocean temps which impact weather greatly, including hurricanes, El Nino, La Nino, etc. Volcanic activity impacts the atmosphere. Undersea volcanic activity impacts ocean temps. You guzzle the GW nonsense and these heat islands are very scary. Exposed. Indeed. You couldn’t vote for the guy who cleared TdA from the next town over from you.I’m a little nicer these days. I think he does a great job of exposing himself, don’t need to pile on.
