Depleted Rams will have to come up with something special in this one. The IL list is growing in Reidsville camp but the Rams gave a powerful Danville team all they wanted last week in a game that was decided on extra points. Danville will probably go undefeated in the regular season.

Sometimes teams rally behind teammates when this happens. Reidsville still has talent. Expect low scoring game.

Defense gonna have to show up for us to win this one, but they have been strong all year even when Kadence went down. One piece of good news on the injury front is that Cauthen should only be out a few weeks barring any setbacks. Hearing some rumblings about one or two incoming QB transfers as well including a familiar face but nothing for sure yet.

That is great about Cauthen

Reagan has seemed a bit slow out of the gate this season. This game could be pretty low scoring.

They did that last year and dropped a bomb on us. Granted halftime was only 14-0 and it really should've been closer at half time.

If it's the QB we all can pretty much figure it to be, Id be hard pressed to believe he would come back after what went down. Kids are strange these days, so anything is possible.

Cauthen will be fine, Ross already on it. Hate it for Kadence, but luckily he already has his plans set for next year, and is being the best leader he can be without being able to play.

I don't believe we are getting anyone, but I'm also not in the know.

For some strange reason I feel better about this game then I originally did right after the Gw game.

It appears the QB I heard was considering coming to Reidsville has gone to Northern instead. Not a bad decision considering how bad they appear to be at the position, would've just be a depth piece at Reidsville anyway.

As for the other guy, wouldn't be surprised to see him move somewhere else even if it's not Reidsville. He's been getting outplayed by Jackson Jordan.

Didn't understand the move to East Forsyth. He needs to be patient though it's a long season and has to be productive when given a chance.

Looks like Massey has Reagan about a 2 TD favorite. Of course, he hasn't been close at all on the Reidsville games so far. And radar not looking good for tonight in Reidsville.

Good luck to Reidsville and my good buddies from that area.

A combo of both. Wouldn’t have mattered if we were healthy. They still would’ve been too much.

What did Tyson look like?

He was under fire all game. He was able to get two td passes in. We were missing Cauthen and number 3 is also a wideout that starts. Haven’t had our running back all year as well on offense.

Threw two early pics and spent most of the game running for his life. Called for his usual grounding penalty.

The best way to evaluate how any quarterback is performing is to go on MaxPreps and check out the QB Ratings rather than asking what we biased posters think. Every QB in the state is graded the same so you can easily compare all of them.

I have always enjoyed following Reidsville, but Reagan is 7A much bigger School that runs a good program. They have also had a good recruiting year that really beef up their program during the off season. One of them Reagan QB number 9 Harrington transfered from Statesville. Harrington and Paul Cauthen were teamates a year ago at Statesville. Reidsville will be fine when it comes November to December.

I really like Paul of course but #18 and the Qb are underrated stars. When is Reidsville next competitive game?

Injuries have decimated Reidsville lineup -- both defensive ends out for the season, turning a team strength into a question mark. A couple or three WRs also out although the Rams appear to have a lot of depth at that position).
Top returning RB Henry might be back this week but he's still on recovery road from ankle injury.
Rams have obviously played a tough schedule ... the win over Northern Guilford looks better now that Northern put up 62 points against Northwest Guilford Friday and Danville GW scored a 53-27 win over Amherst County.
Northern Guilford against Reagan this week is a game Ram fans will have some interest in.

Rams will back playing schools of similar size this week when Eastern Guilford (0-2) visits for the final non-conference test.

Was this a 2 year deal with Reagan?

West Stokes played Reagan first game of the season for about 5 years when Reagan first opened and beat them once. They are within 10 miles but it got to the point it was not competitive game sorta of like Friday for Reidsville.

I
@ Walkertown on september 18 is probably the only somewhat competitive game left on the schedule

Eastern Guilford could be more competitive then we think, especially with the injuries. We aren't sure if anyone is coming back this week. Walkertown as you said and Rockingham will be smelling blood.

Rams will have/should have zero issues with EG, they are not that good this year. 45-7 Rams

Rockingham is tough, but nah not this year. 38-14 But the next season or two could be interesting. I do know Coach Rob is closer to the end than the beginning.

Walkertown is decent, but didnt have the portal offseason like last year. Thats probably a 35-7 kinda game.

Yes ... but renewing it is a possibility.

Reidsville vs. Danville should be renewed given that the schools are just 25 miles apart and the crowd is huge.
Reidsville should schedule MT Airy or West Stokes for Non Conference.

When you play physical tough bigger schools back to back, injuries can pile up quick. A couple of super talented smaller schools can upset a big talented team once on a while but the issue comes when the smaller schools start playing talented larger schools back to back. They get banged up and don’t have the depth to keep up with the bigger schools.
