I’ve worked in coaching my whole career. Different sport, tennis. But you’ve got to keep belief and show your staff and players you believe. In that sense I think he handled the result well. He took accountability for it full stop. I’ve had players go out with the right game plan and then just not execute at all. It’s hard to fix in the moment. I’m guessing staff and players overlooked this game.

my hope is this lights a fire within the staff to get the team in the right mindset.

I don’t believe him. He claims he believes he’s uniquely suited to get out of this and have the team ready because he’s done it before. When has he done it? Coach Deluschiano

He had since Jan to light a fire, he needs to go. What do you think recruits are thinking after tonight

Do you have any tennis players who might be interested in playing on the offensive line or defensive line at Rutgers?

He's a good sales guy, but the problem is people are starting to see the product and the process to make the product are flawed and obsolete.

The UMass QB that Schiano praises was a nobody at VaTech with 1 passing TD and 2 INTs along with 558 yds in three years

IMO, Coach Harasymiak(22-24) knew how Schiano preps for week 1 opponents whether it was BC in 2022, NW in 2023, Howard 2024, or Ohio last year. He had an answer to pretty much anything Schiano threw at him, and Schiano with all his wisdom and 20+ years of coaching had little to no answers to what UMass was doing to him.

Everyone has answers for Schiano. Hes basic, boring, predictable and is a mouth breather. Teams can’t tackle, play with no passion, and tentative. But they give the ball back to the ref perfectly every time. He values things like more than things that actually win games

Greg is just confused as usual. I think in Greg’s mind he was thinking about all the losses he’s had to inferior opponents over his career. The turnarounds are purely imaginary.

Greg knows he has job security because of the unconscionable Contract extension given by clueless Hobbs. Doesn’t see his performance has any bearing on where he is heading. Sad situation for Rutgers Football

Honestly, I'm wondering if Hobbs gave the extension as an FU to the University given that he was pressured to hire Greg? Maybe he thought, "well, if they ever find out about my diddling with the gymnastics coach and fire me, at least I can get my jabs back at them and they can hold a bag of shite if Greg fails to produce?".... lol

Harasymiak is a real good coach and will end up at a big job.

He took Maine, a school in the middle of nowhere in a state with extremely limited football recruiting, to the FCS semifinals.
