Anyone else currently experiencing the "loop of death" when trying to sign on to the NLC Ticket Manager?
I have a couple of tickets for sale, and cannot get to them either via mobile or laptop. It just keeps asking me to sign in.
Thanks.

Update - after numerous failed attempts, got in via mobile. Still no luck via laptop. Long queue on hold with the NLC phone line, maybe others are having the same issue.

Their ticketing is a cluster phuc, I could never download all my tickets. I went into the ticket office and complained. Handed over my phone, and the ticket guy at the windows couldn't get them on my phone, called his manager. He tried. Handed the phone back and told his employee to print me paper tickets.

I can't get in on my phone via the app. When I tap the icon, for about one second, it acts like it's going to open then it disappears. I've done all the delete/reload/shutdown/reboot stuff but nothing works. However, I can login with the phone browser. It's a pain but at least I can get the tickets into my wallet that way. No problems on the laptop but I can't load my tickets from there.

have gotten paper tix ever since this whole phone thing came in. we have tix to 6 different sports. have all of them printed. costs a bit more, but worth every penny. have to chuckle and the phoners who fumble through 3+ minutes to get through the line. i put tix under reader and go :) .
Do you use VPN? If so try disabling it then try logging on. I have noticed that Ticketmaster does not like VPN.

No issues here. Go to the app, click on 'tickets' at the bottom, then the 'manage tickets' button and there they are. The only time i've had problems is when ticketmaster isn't linking to the account/app correctly.

Plenty of issues. Already logged in. Go to tickets in the App, it shows every game, click on Marshall, it shows my tickets, then freezes. No buttons then work, can't scroll, etc. How then am I supposed to put them in my wallet?

I couldn't even get the app to open even after all the standard fix attempts. So, I logged into my account using the web browser. From there I could get the tickets into my wallet.

Update:
Whatever the problem was yesterday, everything was back to normal this morning.
Both mobile and laptop were working as normal.

Whether people love it, or hate it, the move to "e-tickets" was done for one reason and one reason only: So that PSU could double-dip on ticket sales.

In the past - and what was reasonable - once someone bought their tickets, what they did with them was completely up to them.
Now, after selling the tickets to the customer, PSU gets to double-dip by taking an additional cut of the money anytime someone who isn't going to use their tickets sells them to another fan.

Everything else ever postulated about the move was nonsense. FWIW

They wanted to be scalpers so now they are; letting ticket holders stuck with overvalued tickets do the scalping got them. You most likely can buy tickets slot cheaper game day.
