Just saw Coziah Izzard and Kobe King were cut today
Ah, shoot. Dreams dashed, sucks.Just saw Coziah Izzard and Kobe King were cut today
BGJ ruined more than just QBs.
Neither were particularly outstanding at PSU. Life happens.Just saw Coziah Izzard and Kobe King were cut today
Less than 70 P4 coaching jobs in the nation. The best in the business. Paid between 8 and 13 million per year for their knowledge and expertise. 50 million CRITICS paid what they are worth zero.where have all the good trolls gone.
I liked Kobe King.Neither were particularly outstanding at PSU. Life happens.
good in college doesn't equate too good enough for the NFLI liked Kobe King.
Who ruined you?BGJ ruined more than just QBs.
Not always. It’s a tough industry to get into and maintain.good in college doesn't equate too good enough for the NFL
No one. What about you,?Who ruined you?
You're still herewhere have all the good trolls gone?
A test tube.Who ruined you?
where have all the good trolls gone?
I was going to say a gay black man from Pittsburgh but that will work too.A test tube.
Wait, can we use them back at Penn State as depth pieces? Hmmmm........Just saw Coziah Izzard and Kobe King were cut today
True but to be fair to Kobe he did make the Vikings last year and I'm 99% sure I read he was released with a medical settlement this year. He'll probably get another shot. At best a STer but might stick around when healthygood in college doesn't equate too good enough for the NFL
B1G says no. They would have to sue.Seriously, are they eligible for psu?
Can they legally force any team to take them? I suspect a team would have to offer before they come back. If they can compel a team to offer them, then this has gone completely rudderless.B1G says no. They would have to sue.
I know that but it doesn't answer the question. Can a player compel a team to take him even if he has a year left? I say they should not be able to. The university decides if there is interest just like with HS recruiting and the transfer portal. There is no inherent right to play a sport in college. The only people that can return are those that didn't get the 5 in 5 option. It impacts one class...can everyone stop pretending guys that graduated/left years ago are coming back?

I thought there was a court order compelling colleges to take that back if they 5 th yrThe only people that can return are those that didn't get the 5 in 5 option. It impacts one class...can everyone stop pretending guys that graduated/left years ago are coming back?
I thought about that, I suspect the college would have to be party to the lawsuit. So to answer your question: no. (Not a lawyer.)Can they legally force any team to take them? I suspect a team would have to offer before they come back. If they can compel a team to offer them, then this has gone completely rudderless.
My response wasn't intended for your particular question--primarily directed at the question of if Kobe can returnI know that but it doesn't answer the question. That doesn't mean they have to take a guy--it just means the SEC can't tell Kiffin and others that they can'tI thought there was a court order compelling colleges to take that back if they 5 th yr

SEC agrees to comply with court order on former NFL players
The SEC has cried uncle.www.nbcsports.com
Thanks. My response wasn't intended for your particular question--primarily directed at the question of if Kobe can return
Nothing I've read supports a school MUST bring a player back
The courts prohibited the SEC/NCAA from prohibiting players from returning and issues a restraining order for the 5v5 case
Surprised about Tinsley, he seemed to be doing well with Cincy last year.Add Amani Oruwariye, Mitchell Tinsley, Trebor Pena to the cuts list. Thought Tinsley was getting decent reps in Cincinnati last season - but I guess maybe that was just because of injuries.
New regime, took a QB #1 after him, injuries, etc...Will Levis now out of a job.
The prior regime drafted Ward. Saleh was hired in January 2026.New regime, took a QB #1 after him, injuries, etc...
Best for him if he moves on--don't have high hopes for him but his time in Nashville had to end
My fault for not being clear--I'm well aware of that--I wasn't saying the new regime drafted Ward--I said "new regime, took a QB #1 after him" meaning after Levis and the comma was indicating separate points. The prior regime drafted Ward. Saleh was hired in January 2026.
Will Levis now out of a job.
Levis is a big athletic guy with a great arm, and that's what got him drafted. Unfortunately, I tend to believe he is a slightly bigger version of Kenny Pickett and not a guy anyone wants as an NFL starter.New regime, took a QB #1 after him, injuries, etc...
Best for him if he moves on--don't have high hopes for him but his time in Nashville had to end
