People will say because it was only 2 hours, which obviously helps some, but Dave said last week the “normal” 200 hours was in the low 600s. So even if you compare the same time window that’s an astronomical week over week increase.

If they got even a quarter of that viewership on HBO Max we’re talking near peak era AEW viewership (premiere episode excluded). And this is on one of the newer ratings formula/models that hasn’t proven to be as long to wrestling as during the peak-AEW ratings era.
