the husband couldn't get enough of her kink
An Indiana teacher accused of forcing teenagers to have an orgy while wearing “Scream” masks is officially divorced, according to a report Thursday.
Brittany Fortinberry, 33 — who was hit with nearly 50 charges in the disturbing underage group sex case — and her husband, Nicholas Fortinberry, finalized their divorce Monday, according to TMZ.
The disgraced educator will be awarded her clothes, shoes, and makeup while her ex will get a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a Toyota 4Runner, according to the settlement papers cited by the outlet.
Nicholas Fortinberry will also have sole legal custody of their child while she awaits trial but will regain custody if she’s released, according to the documents.
The former couple also sold off the home they shared and split the proceeds, according to the outlet.
The split comes more than a year after Nicholas Fortinberry first filed court papers to end the marriage.
Fortinberry is accused of plying students as young as 13 with alcohol and magic mushrooms before having sex with them, according to prosecutors.
In at least one incident, she allegedly had the boys wear masks from the “Scream” movie franchise, according to police.
Nicholas Fortinberry filed for divorce in February 2025, around the time cops began investigating her.
Fortinberry faces a staggering 47 charges tied to the twisted string of alleged sex crimes.
Charges filed against her last year include sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of material harmful to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to court documents obtained by WTHR.
If convicted, she could spend the rest of her life behind bars if she’s given consecutive sentences.
