Last night was the first time that I did any research about Marshall, and saw that their qb is the preseason Sunbelt Conference offensive player of the year. I also saw that they were slotted in third place in their division in the preseason rankings. Finally, last season, their defense gave up a lot of points in almost every game, but I don’t know how that will apply to their defense this season; they did open up at UGA last season and got blown out.

He knows more about tailgating at this point. Relative to the defense last year, the HC ran it last year and ran 3-3-5. It didn’t work. He hired a new defensive staff and has Brad Lambert as DC. He’ll run a variation of a 4-2-5. He’s a former HC at Charolette. So we will see. The O has a chance.
