Sergio Vega at #2 PFP seems really high to me.

Its Deja Vu all over again... FLO doing FLO rankings with their methodology. One must earn their ranking so no freshman in pre-season rankings (except Bassett because he wrestled an College Open in HS) Lineups are absolute guesses or maybe intended to raise eyebrows --- Duke 165 and Mesenbrink 174.

Mildly entertaining but with not an ounce of confirmed credibility...

What are the odds that Davis will be in the lineup in March?
With Ono or Desmond in Penn st doesn't have as many team points. My opinion you see Davis and for Oklahoma st Facundo and Doucet so the team points best reflect what might happen. With Ross in Oklahoma st wouldn't have many points at HWT

11th place will likely score around 3 or 4 points. Are you thinking that Davis will outperform his preseason ranking or that Ono and Desmond are less than the round of 12?

Bookmark the entire thing as far as I am concerned: The entire thing is based on wild guessing. Cael does not guess, and this lineup is highly doubtful.

They probably wouldn't be ranked ahead of Davis currently. The more I have thought about it I believe Flo just went with the starter from last year . They figured he was the guy meaning Davis ,Facundo and Doucet so they should be until someone beats them out

Ok State has points to make up at 141 (literally nothing) and 174 (R16 Facundo, I imagine it'll be Norman and they have high hopes for him)

PSU at 133/141 depending on what ultimately shakes out there.

Even with uncertainty at 157 to 174 as it stands, PSU already got points for 2, 1, 1 there.

Similarly, Ok State got 1st place points at 285 off of Doucet's placement last year.

Right now the gap is 25 and bonus favors PSU obviously but Ok State is well on pace to score 150 IMO (Iowa's offseason goal every year)

My guess is better wins since 197 didn't have a Mendez or a 4 time AA like Hardy. Little is now a 3 time and Novak a two time. Those are probably the most decorated guys he beat

Yah, a true freshman beating a returning 2x champ is a pretty big deal. The counterpoint being Barr's bonus rate is sky high. He's literally the definition of domination.

It is hard to honestly have any angst in the rankings...(p4p aside which has a baffling thought process year in, year out). Flo is in the wrestling content business, there are only so many articles you can write or podcasts you can post about how much PSU will win by. For the first time in 5 years, there is actually discussion about the team title. Even if there is only a 10% chance of OK St winning...it atleast creates another discussion point.
