I don’t know that the orders prohibit a conference from enforcing a rule preventing those who signed NFL contracts from coming back.

Again, individual conference members don’t have to take a player just because he wants to play there.

SEC can't override a court order. If they try to penalize LSU or anyone in Baton Rouge for taking those players, they'll lose in court. You just can't override a court order. And judges tend to get kind of pissy if you try.

I dont think a court can force LSU and Texas to keep these players on their roster. But the schools and conference may be risking financial damages down the road should the players win their lawsuits.
