How many showers do you take each day?

Once a day, in the morning. After a workout or yardwork, I jump in the pool, and usually jump in for a quick swim right before bedtime.

My morning shower is probably 15 minutes.

I try to down a large ice water before my first coffee to lubricate things before adding the coffee.

I have found I feel much better all day when I do that.

One full scrub everywhere and wash the hair shower, and usually a quick rinse after working out shower.

The one before bed is essentially just a 30 second rinse off, though. So more like 1.25 showers a day.

Also, pro tip: If your bed mattress is turning yellow, be nice to your wife and convincer her to rotate it so she gets the yellow side.
