Pensacola teen followed woman through Walmart, performed sex act on her back
PENSACOLA, Fla. -- A Pensacola 18-year-old followed a woman throughout an Escambia County Walmart and performed a sex act on her back while she wasn't looking, according to an arrest report.
Dwayne Watson is charged with exposure of sexual organs and battery.
The incident happened on Aug. 13 around 3:30 p.m. at the Walmart on Blue Angel Parkway.
According to the arrest report, a 43-year-old woman was shopping when she noticed a young male following her throughout several aisles. He was wearing a black sweatshirt with grey sweatpants.
"He displayed behavior she deemed odd and appeared to have his hands placed inside his pants around the genital area," deputies noted in the report.
According to the report, at one point, the woman is seen on surveillance video "kneeling on the ground looking at items on the bottom shelves with her back to the male."
The report states video then shows the male walk towards the woman, expose himself and perform a sex act on her back. He then quickly walks away and exits the store.
According to the report, as the woman stood up, she felt an "unknown liquid substance" on her back and noticed the male walking away "at a rapid pace." She immediately told Walmart staff, who alerted authorities.
The report states investigators identified Watson as the suspect through surveillance video and other investigative techniques. Deputies then arrested Watson the next day.
