West 14-13 Half... West has been the better team. Had it not been for a poor punt and INT this game would be heavily on the West side.
Weather delay in Moline with 1 minute left in the 1st half. RHS trails by 3 with the ball around the 50.
Halftime currently being run game will resume with possession and then the 2nd half kickoff.
Some uncharacteristic mistakes from Rochester, fumble in the red zone and dropped TD ball. Moline backs running hard, Rochester hasn’t been gashed by the wing t but Moline are successfully gaining 3-4 per carry and getting in good late down situations.

Rochester scores before the half, recovers an onside with 15 seconds but can’t get a second one. RHS receiving 2nd half kick in 3 minutes.
A game moline team is stuffed on 4th and 1. RHS gets out with a win 21-17 on what was a sloppy game by the Rockets.

If the LP/Lanphier game was at LP then yes. LaSalle county under flash flood warning. Coal City/Pontiac in Pontiac was suspended until tomorrow morning.
jax had 6 fumbles losing 4. jax fumbled deep in their own territory on their 2nd and 3rd drives to go down 14-0. jax also fumbled on jchs 5 yd line for another turnover. jax fumbled on a 2pt conversion to go down 21-19. 4th q was 27-27. jax scored with 1:31 to go up 34-27. jchs threw a pick to seal the game and jax went into victory formation.
not many teams can win committing 4 turnovers, but jax prevailed.

The Defense really played well the last 3 quarters. Moline’s last TD caromed off 2 Rocket defenders right into a Receiver’s hands. A once a season bad luck play (hopefully). Unfortunately, Batavia’s offensive scheme will be much different next week.
The Offense, through Turnovers and poor execution, missed out at least 4 scoring chances. Rare to see that many lost opportunities by the Rockets. Lots to clean up or next week could be a rough home opener.

Lord lets hope so for more than just the Rockets. But if anyone can figure it out, its DL and his team. Rare it sounds indeed, I'm sure film and more reps will correct plenty. No one seems to be playing their best at the right time of year more than Rochester... Can't say the same at 10th and Jackson... brutal night, 2-7 is in play. But at least its football season and at least the two of the 3 marquee opening week games went the CS8s way... I tried to tell plenty of people DST was wildly improved over last year. They proved it. Idk what happened but trust is clearly lacking on the offense. But moving on... week 2 trip from Carbondale... shadowed rightfully by another slate of big time matchups... All.... Cyclones win 27 to 23. Five false starts in a quarter and a half and a dropped long touchdown pass with about five minutes before the half. Cyclones dominated in the second half rat was ready to go out and tailgate with the drunken Wesleyen folks still laying around from the scrimmage earlier.. Conservative playing calling made it close. LWC is the real deal . It was cool how they break out of the huddle run up in a sprint and go from wing t, or wishbone, or double wing before the defense can react..
If SHG has a lapse like that against the Hilltoppers it could get ugly.... Ratsy
