I disagree. You’re criticizing this kids emotional intelligence as well as Rhules authority based off of a vague comment by Sip. We don’t know the details. We don’t know how it was handled. We don’t know how the kid responded. So you assume nothing was done which is irrational. You simply cannot let the inmates run the place. I don't care who the player is. He should be gone. No exceptions. A HC and position coach should demand excellence and if attitude or effort are an issue then kick some arse and get rid of the problem. How can you have any kind of standard with that going on? This, if true, speaks to a larger cultural issue. But at the same time, there has to be communication both ways from the players through the position coaches. Players get down if they know a system will not work. The 3-3-5 sucked ***. Period. And why and how it took Ruhle 3 years to figure that out....well....you wonder.
If I let employees go every time they made a poor emotional choice in the moment I would be a poor leader. It’s how you handle it and how they respond. If it’s 1 strike you’re out, there’s no coaching and development. If it happens again or is habitual that’s when you know you have a bad egg and you let them goI disagree. There was a guy that was a senior I was a junior the coach asked him to go in and he refused I was standing 5 feet away I slowed walking away and the coach just picked someone elseLove him or hate him I can't imagine that type of behavior flying on a Bill Belichick team. Hell my old high school coach would have sent you to the gulag at light speed for pulling a stunt like that. Hope there's more to it because at face value that is a really bad look.
Straighter than Kristi Noems husbandNope. I idolize one God and he didn’t coach football. Please tell us what Tom’s vices were. FWIW one of my in laws was Tom’s neighbor and friend for decades. Tom was the straightest arrow ever made.

The last minute of the interview Lindenmeyer said the locker room split at the end of the year and led to the ****** finish. He also said Dana's tight end comments fired him up.
"I'll let the players decide," Rhule said. "They'll have to decide their leadership. They can either make it a popularity contest, or they can make it a 'hey, who's really about it.' I hope they make good decisions."A cosplayer split a locker room bereft of leadership?
Color me shocked
I only posted about this exact thing all season long
