What a disaster. This further complicates things and actually invites more state lawsuits.

This ruling makes the order by the Colorado judge that said ALL Class of 22 players are eligible, however it retains the injunctions won by players in individual state cases. So now, anyone who has won a state case is eligible while others are not? Every player will now sue for immediate eligibility.

First list is 16 players who are now going to have to sue.

Below is the list of 100+ players who have won state cases for eligibility.

Yup, the NCAA won at the federal level but now will have to fight injunctions at the state level. Interesting that SEC commissioner Sankey filed a brief in the Louisiana case stating that the players seeking a fifth year at LSU should not be allowed. Interesting and gutsy move. Will it have any impact on that case? Who knows. An effing mess.

Maybe a good reason to not bank on 5th year players and get the best available players with less eligibility issues.

That is an interesting case. Will Wade who was fired by LSU in 2022 for NCAA violations and paying players before NIL/RS, is now back at LSU and signed RJ Luis, BEPOY who declared for NBA Draft and signed a 2-way contract with the Utah Jazz. SEC Commissioner Sankey advised his teams not to sign pro players and now goes head to head in Louisiana court vs LSU and Wade.

College is 4 yrs, and a 4 yr eligibility is as obvious as can be. Maybe the nonsense starts stopping here.

Looks like sha got this one right.
