We'll see what Jensen can sustain, but hiring her was 100% the right move. You go for continuity when the program is at its peak. It took Bluder 15 years to get a Sweet 16. Then Caitlin Clark changed it all.

Brands has a big wrestling boo$ter in his court. That's bought him a little time. The bar is certainly high at Iowa but he has won 4 National Titles, one just a few years ago. Not exactly a failure. We had the John Wooden of wrestling. Expecting another is unrealistic.

Replacing KFz will be huge and would have been for anyone. I wouldn't have wanted Barta to make the call.
