8-4 (5-4). This is going to be their equivalent of our 2018 season. They're loaded with talent and have a chance to win every game, but I don't see them putting together 9+ wins with this schedule. On the other hand, a key injury could send them to a 6-6 season. Everybody is looking at the LSU game, but that Florida game the next week is going to be a big one for them.

They are the biggest question mark in the SEC for me, as it's not clear how much of their success was Trinidad and Lacy's talent or Kiffin/Weiss Jr.'s scheme. Maybe it was a combination of the two. If it was their talent, then they could make another run.

Win or lose vs LSU, they'll lose at Florida. The LSU game will take all their focus and will be emotionally exhausting. Coaches and players will be answering questions for two weeks about that game.

The game being played early in the season is a blessing and a curse for them.

I can't wait to see the line on that game. I would probably expect Ole Miss to be favored even in a loss to LSU, unless it was a blowout or they had significant injuries. Probably the easiest money I make all season.

I’m picking them 3 games worse than last year. So yeah. I agree they’ve lost a good bit. But 6 games worse than last year? With the best QB / RB combo in the conference? No.

Seriously? They brought in three 4* OL in the portal. #2 portal class overall. And they’re getting 3 guys back from NFL training camps. Sadly, I think they’ll be ok.
