In reality, it's more like the Battle of Karinsebes in 1788 where the Austrian army got so drunk on schnapps that it accidentally fought and defeated itself in the dark. Give me a chaser!

There was a time, not too long ago that Curie was in the 8A Playoff Quarterfinals. Now they are a featured in a 4pm Thursday start! Most people would think of this as a downgrade in status. Not this guy! It just means late lunch at the Steak N Egger across from Rockne! You know I'm hammering a T-Bone with a double side of chili con carne to celebrate the first game of the season! Can't pass up the best spectator bathrooms in the CPL! Give me Indigestion!

Honestly, this co-op thing is getting out of hand in the CPL. Urban Prep Bronzeville Urban Prep Englewood? That's a mouthful. And no hyphen? If you are going to co-op you need to go with the hyphen....this is not a debate. And, while I feel like this would be a perfect location for an early season rant on the rules of co-op naming, the truth is, I only picked this one because of the Brooks Smurf Turf. If you can't get down with Brooks' all blue uniforms on all blue turf this early in the season, do you even like football???? Give me Boo Berry!

Chicago Academy/Disney II vs Westmont
Not every game in the CPL this week is within the CPL and we're pumped! Westmont is like a CPL team, since they only played 6 games last year. Why? Who knows, but as a CPL fan, I'm here for it! ROAD TRIP!!!!!
