We end up with players that we can't get eligible and transfer tackles that are out of eligibility and just shrug our shoulders. Other schools don't seem to have these issues and if they dare, they sue the pants off the NCAA.

I mean, kinda but also not really.

Bediako at Bama is an example. He isnt playing for a second time at Bama, after courts ended that drama last winter.
Bryson Warren at Texas A&M was just denied eligibility too.

Bama and Texas A&M didnt get their ways either.
Just a couple related examples, since both these players were also lower level pro and tried to play college basketball.
