Lindsay got that *** **** mother ******* out of my mouth. I don't know her but I wish I could buy her a beer.
Probably needed to be out good. Quadruple bypass.Sounds like they didn't give enough diprivan
Yeah, once. When I nearly bled out with my liver failure, one of my Dr's partners came to see me in the ER. (After the idiot Er Dr tried to get me to go home.)Lindsay got that *** **** mother ******* out of my mouth. I don't know her but I wish I could buy her a beer.
Yeah I hope I never have to have a tune down my throat. Sounds absolutely awful.I'm actually not kidding. It's a memory that I wish I could wish away. I've never drowned but it think it's all of the crap parts of that.

He talked to me a minute then said he'd like to rule some things out with an endoscopy. I remember the OR, next thing I knew I woke up on a ventilator, with a tube down my throat. I had been in ICU for 3 days unconscious after surgery to stop hemorrhaging and put a shunt in my liver to reduce pressure.
It is zero fun waking up to that, confused out of your mind.
Due to a few things I've experienced in my lifetime I have told my family that I am never never never to be intubated for any reason. I would rather die and I am serious about that.I'm actually not kidding. It's a memory that I wish I could wish away. I've never drowned but it think it's all of the crap parts of that.
Mine was only for the surgery but I would hate to be actually aware of it but it does mess with you. It's one of those slow motion car wreck things. I can clearly remember her yelling "he's up" and I can remember seeing her run in and telling me to relax.Due to a few things I've experienced in my lifetime I have told my family that I am never never never to be intubated for any reason. Besides my absolutely bad "gag reflex" I was with a friend in the hospital who was begging the medical personnel and family to remove the tube. It took an entire day but they finally did and she lived despite the warnings. Years later, against my better judgement, I allowed a close family member to be intubated. The procedure sent her into cardiac arrest and she never recovered. Due to a pre-existing condition, she should never have been intubated and according to our doctor, she would have recovered.Mine was only for the surgery but I would hate to be actually aware of it but it does mess with you. Use lube next time.I'm drinking so excuse me. 2 things stick out to me 2 years later. Waking up with that ******* thing down my throat.
I said this to a couple of people at work and I hope they didn't take it wrong because I am not suicidal but I said that falling down and cracking my skull open and dying didn't scare me but falling down and living scared the **** out of me. Backwards engineering it was a bleeding ulcer on my colon that made me pass out. It scares me if that wheelchair wasn't there to catch me.
