I believe he got approval to build the bunker for family and friends under the ballroom.I'm going with Greenland!

A true oddity compared to all his other completely rational decisions. This decision is a head scratcher.
Do my tax dollars not pay your salary via the government, rendering you a governmental dependent?Yeah that’s not a thing. Your president being a sexual predator is. You’re exactly who I’m talking about. You should be ashamed.
Those aren't communists. They're fascists - each and every one. Call them what they are. It’s hilarious how MAGA commies try to project onto liberals when all of this is right in their faces. See no evil. I have little hope they will figure it out because they don’t want to.
Trump does have a pretty strong so love of socialism considering the investments the US made in intel, etc. So…Those aren't communists. They're fascists - each and every one.
The 14 Characteristics of Fascism
by Lawrence Britt
Spring 2003 (not one thing to do with Trump)
- Powerful and Continuing Nationalism
Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.
- Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights
Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of "need." The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.
- Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial , ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.
- Supremacy of the Military
Even when there are widespread domestic problems, the military is given a disproportionate amount of government funding, and the domestic agenda is neglected. Soldiers and military service are glamorized.
- Rampant Sexism
The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male-dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Opposition to abortion is high, as is homophobia and anti-gay legislation and national policy.
- Controlled Mass Media
Sometimes to media is directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media is indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common.
- Obsession with National Security
Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses.
- Religion and Government are Intertwined
Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions.
- Corporate Power is Protected
The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite.
- Labor Power is Suppressed
Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed .
- Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts.
- Obsession with Crime and Punishment
Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations.
- Rampant Cronyism and Corruption
Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.
- Fraudulent Elections
Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate or control elections.
Nope... that's fascism, too.Trump does have a pretty strong so love of socialism considering the investments the US made in intel, etc. So…

Not to go too far down a tangent - because your point that they are fascists is absolutely correct IMO. But so is mine about socialism. Government ownership of the means of production is the literal definition of socialism. Trump is all for that therefore he is an actual socialist, not the progressive dem type that likes social programs.Nope... that's fascism, too.
What are the economic policies associated with fascist...
Just the first four points but there are more:
1. Corporate alliance and protected privilege
Fascist governments forged close partnerships with big business: elites were promised protection of their social status and profits in exchange for subordinating their interests to state-led nationalist projects; in practice regimes often pursued policies that maximized the profits of business allies while crushing independent labor movements [1] [2].
2. Privatization early, selective intervention later
Both Italian Fascists and the Nazis reversed some earlier democratic-era nationalizations by privatizing industries in early years, then retained an important role for state intervention when politically useful — meaning fascist economies mixed privatization with targeted state direction rather than wholesale collectivization [1].
3. Corporatism as labor control, not worker empowerment
Fascist corporatism created mixed bodies of employers and workers to manage labor relations on the regime’s terms, but historians note these bodies largely functioned to destroy independent unions and allocate “loyal” benefits, not to empower workers or democratize economic decision-making [2] [3].
4. Militarization, prestige projects, and autarky
Economic policy under fascists often aimed to boost national prestige and military strength: currency manipulations, protectionism, and autarkic drives were used to serve geopolitical and rearmament goals rather than broad-based prosperity [3] [1].
Again, call it what it actually IS. Europe is heavily socialist. The govts don't own the corporations. Period.
Oman is an ally. We have 3 bases and a port in the country and this is what Trump says about them.
SMDH
Trump is deranged and a fugging idiot.
Just another day that ends in y.
Those points are a little too "nail on the head" for that group. I might think those guys are fascists...Those aren't communists. They're fascists - each and every one. Call them what they are.

Of course it’s the problem. Look no further than Trump’s lovely Truth Social post on Easter. That's the problem. This term has been one thing after another after another. There is about absolutely nothing that shocks me anymore. So disappointed in betraying the South Korean people to put trust in a horrible, horrible human being.
Don't forget, Iran has been obliterated and is begging for a deal!Iran has bent this administration so far over that they have to try, and deflect yet again.![]()
