Dear God, I thought the alcohol kicked in quickly between the first and second sentences.Farmers Market in North Tonawanda NY, rest room in OH on my way to NCAA Wrestling Championship in Detroit. I we ared a group of runner in Penn State gear at the Buffalo Marathon.
Cynic! But probably realityGolfing in Myrtle Beach this past September. I had PSU hat on and the guy loading my bag voiced "We Are".
Probably thought he would get a bigger tip.. I would assume he would say "Roll Tide" if a golfer wore Bama hat.

I’m interested in learning more about your crappie fishing. That’s my favorite fish to target and eat. Have you published articles or books on the topic?I was doing a presentation on Crappie fishing to a local fishing club and got one several weeks ago. What's funny is that it was about 15 miles from Clemson University and only a couple of weeks after our bowl game this year.....awkward.....

I wonder how DT responds to WE ARE nowadays.Back in April of 2018, my wife and I were in Iowa City to attend our niece’s wedding. We were in the parking lot of the hotel where we were staying and we were wearing Penn State clothes, when we heard a We Are to which we responded Penn State. We turned around to find it was Casey Cunningham giving us the We Are. Later that night we were in the lounge at the hotel and we saw Casey there with David Taylor and Bo Nickal. So I went over and chatted with them for a little and my brother-in-law snapped a few pics for me. It turns out they were in Iowa City for some freestyle competition and were staying at the same hotel.
That's hilarious, and he should be greeted with that every single time.I wonder how DT responds to WE ARE nowadays.![]()
Rumors are after this year Nationwide Arena in Columbus will become the permanent home of the Big 10 tournamentI just got home from a week in Columbus, OH (business). I wore PSU gear every night and got three We Are’s.
Not a single person gave me any crap, which may be indicative of a low opinion of our athletic program (outside of wrestling, of course).
Downtown Columbus is quite nice. The Horseshoe was gorgeous - I was surprised how nice. Campus itself is nice, but I much prefer Penn State’s diversity in architecture and open space between buildings.
They should instead hold it at the Giant Arena in Hershey.Rumors are after this year Nationwide Arena in Columbus will become the permanent home of the Big 10 tournament![]()
Maybe you can answer the question: WTF is going on in Columbus?I just got home from a week in Columbus, OH (business). I wore PSU gear every night and got three We Are’s.

It's typically the same weekend as the PA state tournamentThey should instead hold it at the Giant Arena in Hershey.
They will get the Woods vs Bassett 2 out of 3 as well Sept 25 the night before the Ohio st vs IL football gameMaybe you can answer the question: WTF is going on in Columbus?
Man, you’ve been to a different city than the Columbus I know. I grew up in Ohio and find Columbus to be a cesspool full of bank and insurance buildings. It’s totally devoid of character or a soul. I’m glad you enjoyed your time there, but I’ll take Cleveland over Cowtown all day long.I just got home from a week in Columbus, OH (business). I wore PSU gear every night and got three We Are’s.

I’ve never been to Columbus, but based on what I know about the geography of the US, I’ll bet it’s pretty flat all around the area.I just got home from a week in Columbus, OH (business). I wore PSU gear every night and got three We Are’s.

Well…not outside of PA, but I routinely get about 55,000 We Are’s several times a day on some days at University Park! This is a thread we had on the Rivals site to report where/when we got a We Are outside of PA.
Just got one at Universal Studios.
My grandson was less than 1 at the time and had an episode that ended in a helicopter ride to UPMC Children's. The medical team was brilliant and great and diagnosed the problem and how to address it. So I thought it appropriate to get him a Pitt shirt to say thank you. I walked down to the Pitt bookstore on Forbes and after looking around a clerk ask if she could help me find anything. I gave her a brief summary of the need for a shirt and then not being able to help myself I ask her where they kept their Penn State attire. She smiled and said not here sir, but my entire family except for me went to Penn State, so they only thing I can offer is "we are".Well…not outside of PA, but I routinely get about 55,000 We Are’s several times a day on some days at University Park!
That’s pretty amazing. I think “very accomplished” is a bit of an understatement for Beloglazov. He’s one of the very best wrestlers ever.Got one in Tbilisi, Soviet Georgia back in the 1990's attending the tournament and had a PSU hat on. Ironically it was a very accomplished Russian wrestler no longer competing who gave me the shout out! It was Sergei Beloglazoz. He had worked the Russian Houk camp at Camp Maple Lake outside Williamsport (Gene Mills held his Pin2Win camps there after Russ passed away) and knew a lot of PSU guys.
And one of the very best coaches ever. Too bad we couldn't get him before Meatchicken did. That’s pretty amazing. I think “very accomplished” is a bit of an understatement for Beloglazov. He’s one of the very best wrestlers ever.
Awesome thanks for sharingA number of years ago I was dropping a package off at a FedEx location near where I live in Massachusetts when a guy entered the drop-off location and called out “Who’s PSUFAN”? I responded that that’s my car (PSUFAN is my vanity plate), wondering if I had somehow blocked him in. He walked over, shook my hand and introduced himself “I’m Jon Williams, very nice to meet you.” We had a very nice conversation during which he offered to get me onto the sideline to meet Joe at that weekend’s homecoming game. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go - I had to be in Buffalo. Great RB and wonderful individual.
I also have a vanity plate…”PSU*WRES”. That plate has lead to many nice convestations.A number of years ago I was dropping a package off at a FedEx location near where I live in Massachusetts when a guy entered the drop-off location and called out “Who’s PSUFAN”? I would guess his response now to "We Are" would be "Millions Richer" .....it would be mine if I were him.....but then......I'm a certified arseholeI wonder how DT responds to WE ARE nowadays.![]()
Taylor calling out Cael is a joke he should be embarrassed Cael taught him everything I know Cael is not worried about this let DT prove himself first then he can talk!Win some titles!
I definitely amCome on Corby, I thought you were a strict innocent until proven guilty guy. How do you know they weren’t just cutting and packaging gym chalk so students could keep a solid grip on all of the books that they carry to class? Perhaps the local stores only carry substandard chalk so they had to travel to Philly & New York to get the quality magnesium carbonate that the students need for their academic success. Perhaps their garage door closer was malfunctioning and they had to crawl on their hands and knees to leave the house in order to deliver the chalk to their needy customers.
QA I just got one aboard the Holland America Noordam as we are headed into Juneau. On top of the Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau Alaska.
Have fun it's a great cruise Glacier Bay is awesomeQA I just got one aboard the Holland America Noordam as we are headed into Juneau.
