Anything on Trump's desperate attempts to keep from paying E. Jean Carroll since Trump is on a legal tear today?
Is this why the Smithsonian is now in the crosshairs? Trump is opening another legal front to lose on after mucking things up for a bit?

Nothing yet.

Trump needs to stop wasting judicial resources.
It isn't wasting to him. He's getting legal services for free, and finally he's got lawyers at his disposal unfettered by ethics or the desire to follow the law.

I thought the money was placed in an account controlled by the court, but maybe it was just secured in an account with him to release it if he lost the appeals?
$20 says he doesn't pay up without further action from the judge.

The tarp covering where Trump's name was plastered are still up.
What happens when they refuse to take the tarps down because, you know, national security?

"Ticket sales have collapsed and fundraising has fallen far short of expectations, leaving the NSO’s parent organization, the Kennedy Center, on the hook for millions of dollars in additional losses. Leaders projected in May that this year’s deficit will climb higher still, the documents show.

“It’s never been as bad as it is,” said an NSO employee who, like others in this article, spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of reprisal.

And the NSO’s financial pressure is growing by the day. The orchestra’s upcoming season is in jeopardy, because the Kennedy Center has not approved its budget, depriving the ensemble of the ability to announce shows, sell subscriptions, woo younger patrons and strengthen ties with new and returning donors. The center’s board is scheduled to meet Thursday to vote on budgets."

And this country, and this board, are filled with naive people who think Trump will listen to the SCOTUS when it comes to the elections in November.
Oh absolutely and they will say it's justified. He just told Wayne Allyn Root, who advised him to call for a national security emergency for elections, "stranger things have happened, I'll just leave it at that."

More proof that everything he touches catastrophically fails.

And they can’t vote for Democrats anyway in November because some have an association with the DSA and others haven't spoken out enough against the DSA or transgender women in sports.

It's insane!

It's not right, but considering how that body has conducted itself, it makes sense if nobody outside of lawschool fanboys give much credence to how they're spending their time.

He will do everything in his power to stop Democrats from taking control of Congress.

does it seem to anyone else that with all the problems in the world that this entire Kennedy Center fiasco is somewhat nonsensical? For God's sake, renovate the place - it needs it - forget about the putting Trumps name on it, we've gone decades without it being the Kennedy-Trump center, we can likely go another decade or two.

Republicans enable this endless narcissistic garbage. You keep helping this garbage human being slap his name on stuff that isn't his then you morons think he's fighting for you. How many times does the rapist need to prove to you that he's only fighting for himself?
Trump is currently on track to being the best president in modern history. He deserves a few buildings named after him :)

The new grand ballroom should be named after Saint charlie kirk, though (once it is complete)
