Isn't the issue pretty much solved ? 0 trans professional athletes in women's sports, <10 trans athletes in college women's sports which is too many.....however many trans athletes in female sports at the high school level or below is too many as well. The number ahould be zero. This just seems so much about rising the exposure of those "outraged" in social circles for clout.

Under what legal basis will they prevent them from playing? That is the entire point. What law or league rule will they point to? Right now the league rule says they have to be a woman. Does a trans woman count? There is no clarification and this is the entire point. They talk a big game about trans - and now they get to prove if they mean it.

The league cannot legally (IMO) allow what they might consider a "true" transgender and at the same time ban these men. The WNBA is being forced to identify what a woman is - and they don't like it.
